Meet Our Fullblood Cows
American Aberdeen cattle are not miniatures. They are the result of a 19-year Australian research program started in 1974. This program was designed to determine if larger or smaller animals were better at converting grass to meat. Research showed that the efficiency of conversion from grass to protein was about the same for the High and Low line herds, and a new, smaller Angus breed was established.
